Usha is a National award-winning artist & an Interior designer from India. She is currently based in Bathurst and proud to present her Artwork inspired from travels experiences across Australia and India ‘Consecration of Colours’ is an exhibition of Portraits, Landscape and Architectural paintings on Black Canvas.
The larger than life art pieces are painted to take audiences on a journey from the Australian coast to Central West NSW and over to the bustling Indian sub-continent. Iconic Australian architecture such as the Opera House in Sydney, Abercrombie House in Bathurst and the colourful Indian street markets. A series of Animal and personal Portraits are also part of the exhibitions in various mediums such as watercolour, charcoal, pen & Ink, Oil and Acrylic.
The artistic style is a representation of larger than life Realistic portraits and landscapes which capture the essence of a place or Person.
