Bird Watching at the Garden
We have had a special visitor to the Garden recently! For a week a juvenile Nankeen Night Heron made the Garden its home. It is an unusual and elusive bird, and possibly this is the first time one has visited the Garden.
If you are interested in learning more about the birds in the Garden you may be interested in joining a Bird Walk led by local bird enthusiast Lyn Fragar. The walk will be on Sunday 15th May, and will start at 8:30am and run for approximately one hour. To celebrate this new event there will be no charge for the first of these Bird Walks. Spaces are limited to 10 people. Please call 63412233 to secure your spot.
